Teamlinux
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
TeamLinux, inc was a startup formed around 1999 initially as a conglomerate of companies focused on Free and Open-Source Software and holding related competencies or regional conveniences, including Three-Sixteen Technical Services of Austin, Texas. TeamLinux seems no longer to be in operation.
TeamLinux had major clients for Systems Administration, Networking, and Security training focused on the GNU/Linux operating system, including Dell, IBM, and TurboLinux, for whom TeamLinux conducted a string of "Train the Trainer" seminars around the world[1][2]. TeamLinux also worked on some pioneering efforts for embedded kiosk installations of the GNU/Linux operating system, including an Automated Teller Machine for BankOne, and a kiosk for the Mexican Lottery.
