Team Quest is a mixed martial arts training camp with two facilities, one located in Gresham, Oregon and the other in Murrieta, California. The Oregon facility is headed by Team Quest President and head coach, Robert Follis. Notable fighters that train at the Oregon facility are Matt "The Law" Lindland, Ed Herman, Aaron Stark, Matt Horwich, Chris Wilson, Devin Cole, Ryan Schultz, and Chael Sonnen.

The California facility hosts fellow teammates, former PRIDE welterweight champion Dan Henderson, Rameau Thierry Sokoudjou, Jason "Mayhem" Miller, and Gabe Ruediger. The majority of fighters at Team Quest come from a background in wrestling.

Although Team Quest has remained a tightly-knit group of fighters, some high-profile fighters have ended their association with the gym, most notably current UFC heavyweight and former light heavyweight champion Randy Couture, and former UFC middleweight champion Evan Tanner, as well as The Ultimate Fighter contestants Nate Quarry and Chris Leben.

[edit] IFL Fight Team

Team Quest is one of the camps participating in the International Fight League. Coached by MMA legend Matt Lindland, Team Quest took the place of the Portland Wolfpack also coached by Lindland when the IFL decided to focus more on a camp based system then a team based system. A good majority of the members of the Wolfpack were already members of Team Quest. Team Quest was the first IFL team to have multiple IFL champions at one time (Matt Horwich holding the Middleweight title and Ryan Schultz holding the Lightweight title).
