The Team High Road Women (UCI Code: TMP) are a professional cycling team based in Germany that competes in elite road bicycle racing and track cycling events. Prior to 2008, the team was named T-Mobile Women and High Road also sponsors an elite men's professional team known as Team High Road. The Team High Road Women competed in events for the UCI Women's Road World Cup.
