Teal Wicks (born ca. September 1983[1] in California) is a musical theater actress and singer. She is currently portraying the role of Elphaba, the Wicked Witch of the West, in the Los Angeles production of the musical Wicked.

Wicks graduated with a degree in Drama and honors in Musical Theatre from the University of California, Irvine in 2005. She has previously appeared as Catherine in two productions of Pippin, in Stairway to Paradise, as Clarisse in the New York premiere of Fahrenheit 451, as Turandot in Turandot, Rumble for the Ring, and as Martha Jefferson in 1776. Prior to taking over the role of Elphaba from previous actress Caissie Levy, she served as the standby for the role.
