Perhaps you are trying to create your user page, and mistakenly putting it into the main article space? As long as you follow the guidelines, you may create your userpage by editing here. - Try to edit a page, such as WP:SAND. If you can edit it, you are not blocked. According to your block log, you were blocked at 15:10, 13 December 2007 by Orangemike with an expiry time of 1 week for "Attempting to harass other users: Harassment of Onorem".
