In 1999 I did my high school exam (Abitur) at the Gymnasium Ulricianum Aurich. Afterwards I decided to move to a big city - more exactly the capital city of Germany. So I studies physics at the Free University Berlin, where I got my Diploma in 2004. Afterwards I shifted my study ambitions towards the geoscience. Now I am working at the Institut of Geophysics at the Christian-Albrechts-Universität Kiel. I am employed in the Collaborative Research Center 574 ("SFB 574"). Main working areas are:
- GeoDataBases
- Web Data Portals
- 3D Visualization
Furthermore I am working on my dissertation, which is dealing with the above topics.
