TCStangs is a club that has an eclectic following by many different automotive enthusiasts. Even though the club started as a web forum for Ford Mustang enthusiasts in the Twin Cities metro it has now blossomed into an upper midwest regional automotive enthusiast environment. The quarterly gatherings of the members counting into the hundreds this small group has reached a total online membership of 2588 (As of 3/6/08).

Founded in the late Nineties, the organization began as an owner operated venture, but the website and group have grown to adopt several different non-automotive related sports and functions that members participate in on a daily or weekly basis. The close knit environment between members is thanks to several members adopting the Utopian style of club management, direction and delegation. Every year two events are constant for this regional group that includes an old fashioned American BBQ and a cruise. Motorsports and racing events, including the performance driving experience (PDE) in Brainerd, MN, not to mention several other autocross and drag racing events keep this group focused on both their hobby, good sportsmanship and fellowship. Owner education and troubleshooting on topics such as repair, maintenance, customization and restoration are not limited to the only mustang nor Ford Motor Company Products alone.
The new owner and moderators of the intellectual property that is party to the club are held in high regard due to their due-diligence of the aforesaid mentioned Utopian Style of Democratic Management. With much work these esteemed individuals have published not only the website with updated events and photos of member’s rides but hundreds of pages of technical know how and tips. Within the forum there are many sections of vast knowledge collected from the Carb-tuners all the way to modded chips and centrifugal blowers
The club is essentially based on one key fact and that it is you enjoy American Muscle and can stomach a hamburger and a Grain Belt then you are always welcome there.
