Simply include {{tcportal}} at the top of the "See also" section of an article about tropical cyclones.

One person suggested it was a bit pretentious to use a separate template for this instead of going directly to {{portalpar}}. Having a separate template, however, allows all the TC portal links to be updated from this one location. Thus, you should not use this template with subst:. This has already come into use once when the portal was renamed (from "Tropical Cyclones" to "Tropical cyclones"). Jdorje 21:09, 2 February 2006 (UTC)
