[edit] helpme Potential Sock Puppet Case
User:BusterA created User:BusterE, User:BusterF, and User:BusterH within the span of a few minutes this afternoon. None of these accounts have any contribs yet. Is this a case of sockpuppetry? Is there a place I can warn someone to watch these accounts as potential sockpuppets?
Thanks in advance. --Tckma 01:27, 10 October 2007 (UTC)

- In response to your comment on User talk:BusterD#Sock Puppets, I (the one who created the report for you) am not an admin. Not a big deal, but I thought I would clear that up for you. I'll definitely be keeping an eye on this one. - Rjd0060 14:36, 12 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Vandalism Patrol
Looks like we're attacking vanadalism on the same page at the same time. Sorry for the Twinkle Report. -- Tckma 16:09, 28 September 2007 (UTC)
- No problem. The page should be fixed now, though I think the bold tag may have been re-opened, I think I undid that when reverting all the way back. Gscshoyru 16:10, 28 September 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Thank you
Someone vandalized my Userspace! But a little angel came along and fixed it! Thank you! You can thank others by using {{subst:Vangel}}! Ariel♥Gold 17:41, 28 September 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Reverting user page blanks
Hi there, I'm guessing you're not aware that removing warnings from user pages is not vandalism, and in fact demonstrates that they've seen the warnings. Just wanted to let you know — Timotab Timothy (not Tim dagnabbit!) 03:08, 29 September 2007 (UTC)
- heh. yeah, I know, but if a talk page is blank rather than empty then just take a quick look at the history to see what they've been up to :) — Timotab Timothy (not Tim dagnabbit!) 03:14, 29 September 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Dexar Kariff
He does not exist. I've searched Wookiepedia, and there is no article for him. He is a fanon character, who should be deleted or put to the Uncyclopedia, or the Star Wars fanon pedia. It's fanon. He does not exist in Star Wars. —Preceding unsigned comment added by SuperSaiyaMan (talk • contribs) 21:40, 30 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Hello
Just a heads up about your reporting of User:Mahmoudahmadenijad to Wikipedia:Usernames for administrator attention, using TW. I already made that entry about 4 minutes before you. It was still there, so when yours was added, it became a duplicate. See the revisions here. You probably got a notice from Twinkle saying a report was already added, and do you want to add another, and you must have clicked yes. That really isnt necessary as all it does is take up space on the page. Just thought I would let you know. If you have any questions, please leave them on my talk page. Thanks! - Rjd0060 02:24, 1 October 2007 (UTC)
- Thats odd. If it continues you may want to report it on Twinkles discussion page. -Rjd0060 02:30, 1 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Removed a speedy tag from Bigfoot Networks
FYI, I removed your A7 tag from Bigfoot Networks, as I feel the article included sufficient assertion of notability. You can, of course, feel free to take the article to AFD for further discussion of its merits. JavaTenor 19:09, 1 October 2007 (UTC)

What do I do to report vandalism where a user's page has been moved in apparent vandalism? See User:HIYO, which was moved by a vandal to User:I Suck.

[edit] Speedy Deletion of Cora Crane
Thanks for telling me, I did hesitate on tagging that article as I did skim it, but I am not familiar with the persons involved hence I did now know there is an article on her husband. I removed the tags. The article needs to be wikified though. See you! Phgao 19:33, 2 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Wayne Bullimore
Sorry if I'm wrong, but Wayne Bullimore has played league football in the top four tiers of the English football league and therefore notable enough for an entry. Peanut4 23:50, 4 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Record labels owned by James Brown
Do you have a specific rationale for merging this with the main James Brown article? Is it a task you plan to take on yourself? Once they're put in place, merge tags tend to linger for a long time without action being taken, and since this one was added within two minutes of the page's creation I thought I would ask at the outset. I have added my reasons for creating the article to its talk page. InnocuousPseudonym 00:33, 5 October 2007 (UTC)
- If you merge them I won't stop you. I spent a lot of time working on the James Brown article and there had been discussions earlier about moving individual sections to separate pages, which influenced my thinking when I made this page. You might add a {{mergefrom}} tag to the main James Brown page and see what reactions it gets before making the move. Thanks for your interest and attentiveness. InnocuousPseudonym 00:53, 5 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] speedy
No context does not apply to a bio article that says who the person is and her positions, like Carol Hansen. So I declined the speedy, but you are welcome to test notability at afd. I dont think she'll pass there unless there';s something more to it. DGG (talk) 01:06, 5 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Spencer Mankin
I deleted it and then accidentally re-created it before re-deleting it - don't worry - it's been a long week! Brookie :) - he's in the building somewhere! (Whisper...) 14:07, 5 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] CSD
Please don't mark pages as nonsense unless they are "gibberish, an unsalvageably incoherent page with no meaningful content". See WP:CSD#g1 to find out that the nonsense category does not mean poor writing, partisan screeds, obscene remarks, vandalism, fictional material, material not in English, badly translated material, implausible theories, or hoaxes of any sort; some of these, however, may be deleted as vandalism in blatant cases. I have replaced the tag you placed on Wii king with WP:CSD#A7, which is more appropriate. - Rjd0060 15:17, 7 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Cirrus clouds article
Hello, Tckma. I saw you reverted vandalism in Cirrus cloud, so did I, (two times for the last few hours). Maybe it is about time to protect the page? Thanks.--Mbz1 03:27, 12 October 2007 (UTC)
- Okay, I will request a page protect.--Tckma 12:55, 12 October 2007 (UTC)

- The request is here. I haven't had very much experience with RPP (I've only made two previous requests, one on my userpage)... but looking at recent requests in the list it seems like the request might be declined for lack of persistent activity. --Tckma 13:08, 12 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] "Bite Me Rance"
Hi. You marked User:Bite Me Rance12 as a suspected sockpuppet of User:Bite Me Rance12. In fact, this vandal is quite clearly yet another (the 286th, it seems) sockpuppet of Runtshit. I have amended your tag on the user page accordingly. RolandR 19:30, 15 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] WP:UAA reports
Before reporting users, you should check to see if they have already been blocked. e.g. user:Nyttend is gay was blocked about half and hour before you reported it although the blocking admin didn't put anything on the talk page). There is a link to the block log at the top of the contribs page. Blocked users are removed immediately by a bot, so checking first may save you going through the effort of reporting. Cheers! -- Flyguy649 talk 16:19, 26 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Block of info under the template box needs 2 moved & corrected bc it's word 4 word from another source
User Shadyaftrmathgunit added this block of info on Soulja Girl. It doesnt show in the revison his b/c s/he added it under the Template:Soulja boy template box.
Where is this info from? It is obviously copied from another page or source bc there are ref/citation brackets ( [28] ) within the text. That maybe copyright infringement. Pls correct. Use your own words, or use correct quotes/citations. Thx.

[edit] NYSR participants list
As discussed at WT:USRD, the participants list at WP:USRD is being split by state. Since your name has multiple states listed next to it, the designation "NY" has been removed from the large USRD-wide table, and your name has been added to the NY-specific table. This is part of the lengthy process. If this is in error, please let me know immediately. Regards, Rschen7754 (T C) 04:52, 18 May 2008 (UTC)
