year= The year you want to link to the talkpage for the ATL, EPAC, WPAC, and NIO. (e.g. "year=2007")
SHEM= Because SHEM talkpages go over calendar years, another variable is needed. (e.g. "SHEM=2006-07")

RattleMan, thats not true-PFs can do that; I can do that when I get some time. I'd also suggest that we add links to previous and next year in the same basin. Oh and the by basin splits will be occuring sometime soon; best not to do anything but ask does the 2005-06 Shem season go with the 2005 or 2005 NHem ones?--Nilfanion (talk) 17:22, 22 January 2007 (UTC)
