Taylor Township is one of twenty-three townships in Benton County, Iowa, USA. As of the 2000 census, its population was 781.

Taylor Township covers an area of 36.7 square miles and contains no incorporated settlements. According to the USGS, it contains four cemeteries: Maplewood, Pettit Hill, Plum Grove and United Brethren.
