Taylor Township is one of eighteen townships in Appanoose County, Iowa, USA. As of the 2000 census, its population was 926.

Taylor Township covers an area of 29.56 square miles and contains one incorporated settlement, Moravia. According to the USGS, it contains five cemeteries: Denny, Fairview, Hillcrest, Morans and New Hope.
