Taylor Middle School is a middle school located in Millbrae, California. Taylor received the California Distinguished School Award in 1986, 1994, and 2001. Taylor Middle School was the national Blue Ribbon School built by the Works Progress Administration in 1939 and 1996. The Terry Huie Technology Center, which is on the school campus, is where students produce a live video feed of the news of the day. The video is transmitted to the classrooms where students tune in daily for announcements. The current principal is Robert Silva as of 2008. The recreational Spur Trail is located adjacent to school property.
