[edit] Income Classification of the City of Tayabas

It is stated in the article that the City of Tayabas is a second class city in the province of Quezon. Apparently, Pam519 ignored the fact that a second class city, in terms of income classification, is very different from a second class municipality. From its second class town classification, prior to its conversion into a city, Tayabas will surely fall into a sixth class city.
