I looked over this article and I think it exceeds the standards for a start class and has reached the standards for a B class or Good Article status. The article is well referenced and it conveys the topic's importance and impact. The article also refers to the history and background of the topic. I think the background/history section can be expanded, but it gets the job done.EECavazos (talk) 03:10, 11 May 2008 (UTC)
