The Tawny-rumped Tyrannulet (Phyllomyias uropygialis) is a species of bird in the Tyrannidae family. It is found in Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Venezuela. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes and heavily degraded former forest.
