Tavuk göğsü

Tavuk göğsü 'chicken breast' is a Turkish dessert made with the white meat of chicken breast, cracked rice or other thickening agent, milk, sugar and cinnamon. It was known in ancient Rome and introduced (or perhaps reintroduced) into Anatolia by the Romans.
