The children leave at the end of year 6 or year 8 and to go to independent or state senior schools. The school prepares the children for SATS in year 6 and common entrance/scholarship exams in year 8. The children tend to come from local professional families. Whilst many children enter the school from its nursery department, it is common for children to enter the school in other years from local state primary schools and other local prep schools.
