Tavda

Tavda (Russian: Тавда́) is a town and the administrative center of Tavdinsky District of Sverdlovsk Oblast, Russia. It is located on the Tavda River and serves as a river port. Population: 40,238 (2005 est.); 40,686 (2002 Census); 45,735 (1989 Census).
