Tavarua is a heart shaped island in Fiji. It has an area of about 29 acres. The island is located close to the main Fijian isand, Viti Levu, and is surrounded by a coral reef.

Currently the island is managed by a private surf camp and can be visted by invitation only. Two world-class reef breaks, Cloudbreak and Restaurants, are available to guests of the all-inclusive surf resort. The island also hosts annual professional surfing competitions that can be viewed via webcast.
