Thanks for uploading Image:Psimonk.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the source and creator of the image on the image's description page, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well.

[edit] Rare Weapons in Neocron
The article did not provide me with enough 'context' to state why it should be on Wikipedia. It used jargon that was unitelligable to me ("MMO") in the opening line, along with other phrases etc. without explanation. Lead sections should be able to explain context of an article to the layman. As it didn't do this, there was no obvious reason why it was notable.
I think this article could rexist if written in a more user friendly style. I'd concentrate on rewriting it with an introdcution that probides context to the user. If you want, I'd be happy to move the article (admins can still read copies of deleted articles) into your user space for you to work on, before reposting? In fact, if you want, I could check it before you re-post it, to make sure it wouldn't be deleted again. --Robdurbar 16:43, 6 November 2006 (UTC)
- Sorry, but works in progress shouldn't be posted into the mainspace, or they may well be deleted. I will repost the article as a subpage in your user space (at User:Taurmin/Sandbox). I suggest that you use that for developing articles such as this one, and then move them into the main article space when you're finished. --Robdurbar 16:55, 6 November 2006 (UTC)

- My reference to MMO was just an example. The article was unintelligable to anyone not familiar with neocon, it did not explain why the weapons were rare, who the characters are and what on earth the page was about. Thus the article did not proivde enough context to be included in an encyclopedia
-
- I have provided you with a copy of the article to work on, as it contains a lot of content and I believe it may be salvageable as an article on Wikipedia. However, I will not restore it as it is to its original location because I believe that my decision to delete it was correct. If you want to challenge this, you can go to our deletion review page.
-
- However, by posting the article in your user space, I have given you the opportunity to work upon the article and improve it so that it reaches Wikipedia standards. Some of its content is good, its just not ready for an encyclopedia
-
- I notice its your first day here - its good to see that you've started contributing well already. If you continue to work on the article where it is currently located, then you (or another user - for security reasons, new users aren't allowed to move pages for approximately their first week here) can move it to its proper location when its finished. In the meantime, I'll provide you with the standard welcome message, which includes a number of links that may help you write an article that doesn't get deleted. [edit] Orphaned fair use image (Image:Spy neocron.jpg)
Thanks for uploading Image:Spy neocron.jpg. I notice the 'image' page currently specifies that the image is unlicensed for use on Wikipedia and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Fritz S. (Talk) 13:30, 26 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Dmitri Bukharin.JPG
Thanks for uploading Image:Dmitri Bukharin.JPG. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 03:45, 26 October 2007 (UTC)
