Taukelina Finikaso is a political figure from the Pacific nation of Tuvalu.

Finikaso is from Vaitupu, and he stood for Parliament of Tuvalu, and was elected to serve the constituency of Vaitupu.

In 2006, the Government of Prime Minister of Tuvalu Apisai Ielemia took office.

Finikaso has since then served as Minister of Communications and Works.
