Removed railway reference from the history section. The Thazi railway is not close to Taunggyi at all, and when Taunggyi was founded, the railway wasn't there.

I'm not sure Taunggyi is the forth ity of Burma. I think cities as Sagaing, Panthein and Pegu are bigger. --87.4.178.250 13:25, 8 December 2006 (UTC)
