This photograph is a derivative work of art based on a miniature created and copyrighted by Games Workshop. As such, it is used on Wikipedia under Fair Use guidelines only.

This image, being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (Dfrg.msc) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. The No equivalent free image can be created
2. It adds significantly to the article by displaying a characteristic miniature being discussed
3. The use of this image on Wikipedia will have no impact on the commercial value of the miniature or any other works the miniature is currently used in.
