In this Japanese name, the family name is Tatsuno.

Tatsuno Kingo (辰野金吾? October 13, 185425 March 1919) was a Japanese architect. He studied in England until 1883, and later in Japan where he was one of the first to graduate under British architect Josiah Conder. He taught at the University of Tokyo. He created his own firm in 1902.

He designed the headquarters for the Bank of Japan (1896), Manseibashi Station (1912), and Tokyo Station (1914).
