The Tasmanian clingfish, Aspasmogaster tasmaniensis, is a clingfish of the family Gobiesocidae, found around the western and southern coasts of Australia including Tasmania. Its length is up to 8 cm.

The Tasmanian clingfish occurs in shallow coastal and rocky estuaries, often under rocks. It has a rounded caudal fin, and pelvic fins united into a moderate-sized double sucking-disc the posterior half having a fleshy margin. There are no scales or lateral line.

Coloration is variable - pinkish to brownish or greenish, usually with distinct regular dark bands across head and back.
