Tasce Simon

Tasce Simon (b. 1981) is a trustee of Santa Clara University.[1]

Simon graduated from Santa Clara in 2003 Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor of science in accounting.[2] She was a member of the university honors program, is a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, and is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the national scholastic honor society for students of business.

Simon served in the Jesuit Volunteer Corps as outreach coordinator at a Boston day shelter for women.

She is presently in her second year of medical school at UCSF, where she is chapter co-president of the American Medical Student Association,[3] chair of the Native American Health Alliance, and serves on the Chancellor's Council. She has a strong public policy interest in health care disparities in America, and recently helped to coordinate the largest universal healthcare lobbying day in California state history.

She married Zachary Bongiovanni in November 2007.
