[edit] Golden Films

Regarding this edit summary, please note that the Manual of Style guidelines say that images must have a caption and not be floating around in the air like it was before. Also, there shouldn't even be a thumb there; there should be an infobox. --Boricuæddie 10:51, 5 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] AN/I Report

Hello, Taran Wanderer. This message is being sent to inform you that there currently is a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. Yours,Collectonian (talk) 02:06, 19 May 2008 (UTC)

Yeah, no kidding. T.W. (talk) 02:10, 19 May 2008 (UTC)
No, I don't care. I appreciated the help you offered me before, but that's it. That's just as much tyrany from you as I can take. It's funny that it's always YOU, nobody else. Some random person removed those tags you left at The Rescuers article over a week ago, and even when that article is visited hundreds of times, no one has found the need to re-add them. Perhaps it is just one person in the entire Wikipedia project that uses your criteria, yourself, because no one else had a problem with any of the other articles until YOU came along. All three articles were reviewed, but only YOU felt the need to nominate them for deletion. Just what criteria do you use that is so especial as no one else seems to use it? I'm had enough of you, your arrogance and your tyrant-manners. T.W. (talk) 03:42, 19 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Blocked

I told you to stop and, instead, you did this: [1]. You have been blocked for 48 hours to stop these personal attacks. If you do it again, you may be blocked again. --Jayron32.talk.contribs 16:10, 21 May 2008 (UTC)

Yes, I did do that. I re-stated events that happened earlier today, all of which can be verified if necessary. Though I find no offense in being called a child, or an immature child for that matter, her questioning my adulthood, when I fully qualify as one according to federal laws, could almost be considered a vicious, personal attack against myself. I find no need to complain or make a big deal out of it, so I won't. On the other hand, since I failed to thank you for blocking me the other day, you may feel a bit biased against me and in favor of the other user, which is alright and understandable. Thank you very much and have a pleasant day. T.W. (talk) 16:17, 21 May 2008 (UTC)
As a side note, and I hope this won't be considered insulting or inappropriate: Collectonian, there's a very simple way of you not having to deal with me and vice versa, simply move on to other peoples' articles. As long as you antagonize or question articles I've created, naturally, I'm going to feel the need to defend them as well as myself. There's over a million other articles currently on this Wikipedia, why spend so much time around me if you don't want to deal with me? It's common sense. Generally, I don't object to being blocked for a period of two days, however, in this one case I might feel the need to contact other administrators, because I sense a small bias here. I wasn't any less civil to Collectonian then she was to me, yet she received neither a warning nor a blocking. As for the claims of harassment, only the distance between our two monitors keeps her from violating my personal space, as she is "following me around" even if she denies it. Thanks again. T.W. (talk) 16:30, 21 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Notes to self:

  • Inform Arco de Rayne that "La Viridiana" is in fact the official name for Greenitry; Galicians simply prefer to use the Galician name; "La Viridiana" is how it is registered in the town hall building. The same applies for Pueblo Lavanda and Ciudad Carmín, though the latter was in fact recently renamed to Vermellón. T.W. (talk) 16:36, 21 May 2008 (UTC)
    • The complete removal of the Spanish names, even if they were un-official which they aren't, is inappropriate and biased. Fix that. T.W. (talk) 16:47, 21 May 2008 (UTC)
      • Most importantly: They are not hoaxes. Jesus Christ, what a day!
  • Images for the original covers of Celia en el colegio (1932) and Celia en el mundo (1934), as well as those for the rest of the novels, need to be transferred to Wikimedia Commons, as they're all in the public domain. Likewise, a promotional image for the production of Celia (1992) also in the public domain needs to be uploaded to Commons and used to illustrate numerous current and future articles. T.W. (talk) 16:42, 21 May 2008 (UTC)
Public domain image.
Public domain image.
    • If Wikimedia Commons finds the granted permission/public domain rationale acceptable, this image can be used to illustrate the Celia article.
  • Write and submit the summary for the first episode of Celia (1992), "Soy Celia"; start the sub-section for "Cancellation" possibly under "Production" and add the missing information added today to the Spanish version of the article. T.W. (talk) 00:14, 22 May 2008 (UTC)
  • Begin the article on Celia, lo que dice (1929). Since both Celia en el colegio (1932) and Celia en el mundo (1934) have earned the approval of several users, criteria and notability for the first volume should be no trouble. Considering that book ever arrives; it's deadline is on May 30th before I can request a refund, which I hope I won't have to do, I'd rather have the book. T.W. (talk) 00:14, 22 May 2008 (UTC)
  • Collectonian discovered my outrageously huge plot summary for The Little Mermaid (1993); since it's my own work, this extensive plot description, as well as all the rest, can be forwarded to IMDb.com's "synopsis" feature. Five pages on Microsoft Works and single-spaced, too. Jesus Christ. T.W. (talk) 00:43, 22 May 2008 (UTC)
