Tarzan and the Slave Girl is a 1950 film starring Lex Barker as Tarzan, Vanessa Brown as Jane, and Robert Alda, and was directed by Lee Sholem. Like many Tarzan movies, it involves a lost civilization in Africa. The "slave girl" in the title is played by Denise Darcel. Her amorous pursuit of Tarzan, unsuccessful because he is devoted to wife Jane, provides the film's comic relief.
