Taryn Lynn Band is the granddaughter of Albert Band, the daughter of Charles Band, the niece of Richard Band, and the sister of Alex Band, lead singer from "The Calling" who now is a solo artist. As a child she appeared in her father's film, Puppet Master II.
Taryn Band, Jennifer Sky Band, actress and wife of Taryn's brother, singer/songwriter Alex Band, and Katie Wacha, Jennifer Sky's sister, created the fashion label 'Vanitas of California'. The label aims to make "feminine timeless clothing to make women feel beautiful, sexy, and comfortable".
