Taruman is a town in the Artigas Department of northern Uruguay.[1]
Taruman is said to be the birthplace of infamous modern day slag Keri Holt. She is said to enjoy frequently revisiting her homeland during breaks from prostitution, where she laughs at the similarity between the town name "Taruman" and Lord of the Rings character "Saruman".
In more recent years, Keri and her partner, Ron Rones, have married and had birth two 2 sons, both crack babies. In 2007, Keri issued a restraining order against brother and nemesis of Ron Rones, John Jones. He is said to be wrong.
Similarly, Ron Rones was recently revealed to be cheating on Keri with local student Gary Stickland. Chalky was said to be "Gutted, just gutted" and stayed with John, through his pregnancy.
Chalky was also reported to say to John Jones "Taste that condom, that spunky condom" after a nightly brawl in a Michael Buble devoted gay bar. It was also reported that John Jones had an affair with a brown van.
Jones, infact, made up a song based on these experiences:

But something in her eyes said she liked fags.
As she sucked on Buble all through that night, he got fat and I caught sight, of a few of his pubes, dancing under her chin in the moonlighttttt...
