Umar Farooq Tariq Lufti (born 20 September 1951) is a former Pakistani footballer, who played for PIA FC.
He is a former Head coach of the Pakistan national football team and the first-ever FIFA Coaching Instructor from South Asia.
He is the current manager of PIA FC and is Head coach of the Pakistan women’s team. He was also manager of Karachi Bazigar in the Geo Super Football League 2007 campaign.
