Taree Airport: (IATA:TRO, ICAO: YTRE) Is an airport serving the City of Taree, New South Wales, Australia, Greater Taree is located on the Mid North Coast, less than a three hour drive from Sydney. The Airport is currently served by one Airline, Though is growing at a steady rate, with the council successfully attracting new investments at the Airport. Currently around 20,000 Passengers use the Airport a year.[1]

Taree is currently set to expand the Airport to provide more facilities for pilots, businesses and airlines alike, This is also expected to boost the airports presence.[2]

A number of businesses including aircraft manufacturers and fabricators, an aircraft restorer and a skydiving school are based at Taree Airport.[3]
