Taraco

Taraco is a peninsula jutting into Lake WiƱaymarka, the southern branch of Lake Titicaca in Bolivia. Also a town by the same name on the peninsula. As with many place names in the Titicaca Basin, a corresponding district of Taraco also exists on the opposite, northern side of the lake in the Peruvian province of Huancane in Puno.
