Tara Snyder (born May 26, 1977 in Wichita, Kansas) is a former tennis player from the United States, who started a professional career in May 1995. She reached her highest individual ranking in the WTA Tour in November 16, 1998, when she became the number 33 in the world. Snyder won the silver medal at the 1999 Pan American Games in Winnipeg, Canada, after losing the final to Venezuela's Maria Vento-Kabchi.
