[edit] Scholarly Editions

Does anybody know anything about scholarly editions, either religious or secular? I know there are a few commentaries on targum but are there any critical editions comparing various targumim? Avraham (talk) 22:08, 4 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Targum Ketuvim

"An official targum was in fact unnecessary for Ketuvim because its books played no fixed liturgical role."

  • I think that psalms, the five megilot, and the other non-historical books, definately play a "fixed liturgical role." —Preceding unsigned comment added by Phil burnstein (talkcontribs) 01:05, 3 March 2008 (UTC)
