Barely B; has a fair amount of text, lots of references, sections. Things to improve:

• put a sentence about the age controversy in the lead section, that's possibly the most famous thing about him.
• look for a free picture - does he show up to sign autographs?; if not, possibly one of his taking his top award could be fair use
• Put in something about his life besides sports; How did he decide to take up steeplechase? Does he have a family? Where was he born?
