Talk:Taoyuan International Airport Access MRT System

[edit] CKS
Shouldn't the name be changed since the name of the airport was changed from CKS to Taiwan Taoyuan?--Jerrypp772000 01:20, 5 February 2007 (UTC)
- The name didn't change, at least on official documents and contracts, because it cost too much to change/re-sign the contracts. So, at least on paper, it is still "CKS Airport Access MRT System". --Will74205 16:44, 13 February 2007 (UTC)
- But "Taiwan Taoyuan" will become the common name right? Since the name of the airport changed.--Jerrypp772000 19:18, 13 February 2007 (UTC)
- "Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport Access MRT System" should become the common name when the line opens, but most Taiwanese media shorten the name to "Taoyuan Airport Rapid Transit". I am not sure if it is worth to include the former/contract name in the article. But I do think the current title is a little long. --Will74205 19:47, 13 February 2007 (UTC)
