Hi Wangi. Sorry for having messed up in your work today, and thanks for putting the things back in correct shape. I was surprised to see the disambiguation page so extended a few minutes after my last edit, that's why. universimmedia 10:35, 12 July 2006 (UTC)

No problem, merging this and the other disambig page had been on my list of things to do for a while - both had entries that were also on the other etc! Your edit popped it to the top of my watchlist and reminded me :) /wangi 10:45, 12 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Requested move

This may not be that big of a deal, but "TAO", in all caps, is a very strange and in my opinion, unpredictable, title for the disambiguation page for all things spelled t-a-o. This is especially so where so few of the entries are for things that are in all caps. Applying the principle of least astonishment, and where Tao is an article about the primary use of the word (it is a Chinese philosophical concept), the most logical location for a disambiguation page would be Tao (disambiguation), which currently redirects here. Although I could find no rule or guideline specifically prohibiting using a word in all caps as the title for the disambiguation page, I believe such a practice should be deprecated. Please note also that an administrator will need to make the move, as there was some sort of conflict when I attempted to be bold and move it myself, unilaterally.Bradford44 19:41, 24 August 2007 (UTC)

  • Support. Ideally, pages should not be disambiguated solely by capitalisation. — AjaxSmack 19:52, 25 August 2007 (UTC)

This article has been renamed from TAO to Tao (disambiguation) as the result of a move request. --Stemonitis 18:33, 29 August 2007 (UTC)
