Arizona State Parks is the governing agency of all Arizona state parks, and is based in Phoenix, Arizona. The board was created in 1957, and currently consists of seven members plus an executive director.[1]

The agency operates with fourteen categorized funds, and in fiscal year 2007 had expenditures of $41 million dollars, revenues of $74 million dollars, and a cash asset balance of $199 million dollars (all figures approximate).[2]
