Tanius (meaning "of the Tan") is a genus of hadrosaurid dinosaur. It lived in the Late Cretaceous of the People's Republic of China. The type species, described in 1929 by Carl Wiman, is T. sinensis. Other species originally assigned to Tanius have been moved to other genera, including Bactrosaurus and Tsintaosaurus.
