Tangmarg is a village in the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir.
tangmarg is now attaining tourism intrests It is the last stop for buses or other heavy vehicles coming from Srinagar and going towards Gulmarg. Only lightweight vehicles are allowed beyond this point to Gulmarg which is 20 km. Tangmarg has a post office and food joints and everything required by travelling tourists. This stop is to be taken seriously since Gulmarg does not have any large shops.
