- This is a Chinese name; the family name is Tang (唐).
Tang Zi was an officer serving under the Kingdom of Wu during the Three Kingdoms Period of China. Tang Zi was at one time sent as reinforcements when Zhuge Dan was currently leading his revolt against the Sima family. After the major defeat of Zhuge Dan, Tang Zi followed in joining under Wei. Tang Zi afterwards rose to an important position in the army of Wei after some time.
