[edit] Tan Son Nhut Officer Open Messe 7th Air Division

To whom it may concern,

My name is DUNG KHANH LE. I am writing to ask for your favor of looking up your old files to find any information about my mother who worked for Tan Son Nhut Officer Open Messe 7th Air Division before 1975. She is now in need of documents that can prove her service time at the 7th Division to file a petition with the U.S for the purpose of moving to the U.S.

Her name is VU, PHUONG LAN QUE. DOB: 8/24/1942. If any of you knows any source of information that can support the purpose, could you please contact me on dkhanhdung@bellsouth.net.

Image incorrectly noted it as bearing US national insignia, the VNAF insignia was identical except that it substituted yellow for white on the bars and ws outlined in red. See example:
