Although Tamberwood Entertainment LLC and its sister conpanies are generally identified as a privately owned record label, the organization offers a wide array of services to musicians in various stages of career development. With that said, the organization's primary goal is to bring enjoyable entertaining music to the masses free from an over zealous use of profanity.

Organizational Structure:
The company's orginizational structure is ever evolving and somewhat complex to the casual outside observer. Never-the-less, the various seperate business entities are organized in a fashion to protect assets and legally minimize taxation. Several LLCs hold the company's real estate assets. The recording company leases the studio space from the aforementioned LLCs. Several other individual, but affiliated, business entites(most S-Corporations) oversee and manage the rest of the orginization's musical divisions.
