Tammy Lynn Chapman (born September 28, 1971) was born in Centralia, Illinois, United States. At age 19 she was photographed by Carl Wachter, jr. in a variety of locations. These nudes first appeared in Penthouse magazine in the fall of 1991. In August of 1992 she was the magazine's Pet of the Month. Other pictorials in U.S. and foreign editions of Penthouse soon followed.

Shortly after the first pictorials were published, Tammy had her first successful battle with breast cancer, and went to work for Penthouse, promoting the magazine in Europe for a few years.

Tammy Chapman currently lives with novelist and firearms expert John Ross in St. Louis, Missouri. The two met in 2006 and Ross has said on his website[1] that Tammy is the living embodiment of Cindy Caswell, the central female character in his novel Unintended Consequences, published in 1996.
