Tamara Taylor (born 27 September 1970) is a Canadian television actress. Born in Toronto to a black Canadian father and a white Canadian mother, she is currently appearing as Dr. Camille Saroyan, head of the Forensic Division, in Bones. She also appeared in the CBS medical drama 3 lbs. as Della and the UPN series Sex, Love & Secrets in the role of Nina, both of which were short-lived.

Taylor made guest appearances on NCIS, Numb3rs, Lost, CSI: Miami, Without a Trace, Party of Five and Dawson's Creek among other shows. She was in "Diary of a Mad Black Woman." Tamara also played a small role in the movie Serenity.

She made her first appearance in season two of Bones, episode one, "The Titan On The Tracks"; portraying the character of Dr. Camille Soroyan. In the first 6 episodes of season two, she was credited as "Guest Starring". In episode 7, "The Girl With The Curl", she was credited as a main character of the series, appearing in the title sequence.

Tamara married attorney Miles Cooley, on June 10, 2007 in a civil ceremony.
