The 150 meter tall 32-storey Tamani Hotel at Park Lane is situated in Business Bay, a commercial district in Dubai. It is located close to Sheikh Zayed Road as well as the new creek area in Ras al Khor. It is being developed by KM Properties, a member of KM Holding.
The commercial section is from the 1st to 10th floor and the floors above that are the five star deluxe hotel, managed by Tamani Hotels and Resorts.
[edit] Architecture and Design
Tamani Hotel at Park Lane is designed by renowned architect Carlos Ott. According to the architect, its design and shape are that of an aerodynamic form that creates a dynamic structure defying gravity; and it will be clad in aluminum and glass.
Tamani Hotel at Park Lane, Business Bay is being constructed by Al Rostamani Pegel L.L.C.
