"In the district, 93 out of every 100 is male and 95 out of every 100 is female."
This sentence doesn't make any sense. If there are 93 males for every 100 females, then there are about 108 females for every 100 males. I tried to look up the census data for male/female ratios in the neighborhood, but on the census data cite quoted in the article I could only find figures for the city as a whole. Would the person who typed this please fix?
