now england, slovak passport --Mt7 08:45, 17 March 2007 (UTC)
Every official set of player stats I've found for him lists his nationality as simply "Hungarian" or "Hungary'. K. Lásztocska 17:25, 17 March 2007 (UTC)
Milyen gyakran jár haza?
Általában hetente egyszer, legtöbbször a bajnoki találkozókat követően. Egyébként sportkedvelő családból származom, édesapám még negyvenhárom esztendősen is aktívan futballozik a pati együttesben, s támadóként góllövés a feladata.
Úgy tudom, számos komáromi fiatal is követte példáját, s Győrbe igazolt.
Tízéves öcsém is az ETO serdülőcsapatában játszik, s az ifik és a juniorok keretében is több komáromi srác található. [1] --Mt7 18:41, 17 March 2007 (UTC)
if you have problem to read original hungarian newspapers, please ask another hungarian wikiauthors. --Mt7 05:33, 18 March 2007 (UTC)

- Don't you dare make this an issue about my own language skills. You're supposed to be speaking English here anyway, this is English Wikipedia. See WP:ENGLISH. It is not "nationalism" to say that Tamás is Hungarian, it's just encyclopedic writing. He plays for the Hungarian national team! Also please look at the references already provided in the article and see what they say about his nationality. K. Lásztocska 14:50, 18 March 2007 (UTC)

- Hmm, well, I have just been to his page on HuWiki and the article history is very interesting... :) Also, since you love to point out you can read Hungarian better than I can, you will obviously be able to see that the HuWiki article doesn't say he is Szlovak or some weasel term like "ethnic Hungarian."K. - dear lasztocska, if you say weasel term for Hungarians in Slovakia/ethnic Hungarian, I hope that, that you don´t know, what you say. --Mt7 17:28, 18 March 2007 (UTC)

- Well, actually, I am pretty confused by now, I apologize if I inadvertantly said something offensive. Answer me this, though: he has both Slovakian and Hungarian citizenship. Why, if he is not Hungarian, would he choose to play for the Hungary national team? K. Lásztocska 17:58, 18 March 2007 (UTC)
- I don't know if he is slovak or hungarian, i didn't found any sources, where he precise say i am slovak, i am hungarian, he has a slav name, but that is not the question. he is born in slovakia, in town with about 65 - 70 % hungarian, and term Hungarians in Slovakia to 99 % specify priskin. difference bettwen Balázs Borbély, Koloman Gögh, Szilárd Németh, Zoltán Harsányi und priskin is only that priskin play for hungary, unsufficient to be different. --Mt7 18:18, 18 March 2007 (UTC)
- Surprisingly enough, I'm not interested in the demographics of Komarno right now. The only reason I changed the article in the first place was I thought it sounded silly to refer to him as an "ethnic Hungarian footballer." Just a question of style.K. Lásztocska 18:30, 18 March 2007 (UTC)

I did now a change, that is 100 % true and removed a not verified category. --Mt7 11:42, 24 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] International goals
The first goal of Hungary against Moldova was obviously Priskin's goal and not an own goal. The tv broadcast is a better source than any website. Mb731 18:23, 28 March 2007 (UTC)
- It has now been given to Priskin, according to the BBC.Bababoum 19:03, 28 March 2007 (UTC)
- Oh! Good news! Cause with this goal he made a record as he scored at least on goal in five consecutive matches.Mb731 19:44, 28 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] 3RR warning and page ban
User:Darwinek and User:Mt7 have both violated the three-revert rule on this article today, with respect to the nationality categorization of the subject. In lieu of the customary 3RR blocks, I have banned both of them from editing this article for 48 hours. Newyorkbrad 21:02, 28 March 2007 (UTC)
